There are 4 models in the range, the Matchbox, Shuttle, 360 and the brand-new Conveyor. All have internal grease scrubbing catalysts, meaning they require no extraction, you can bake, grill, air-fry, broil, grill, steam and roast a vast range of foods all at the touch of a button.

Depending on the model you can save from 36 to 1000 menu items, with multiple stages of recipe settings, and the USB port allows the same settings to easily be uploaded to multiple units. The ovens are even stackable to create an even larger capacity!

A stalwart of many kitchens are combination ovens, the EKA range offer full functionality with a 6 or 10 grid full 1/1 gastronorm capacity oven at only 500mm wide. Fully programmable via the touch screen control, add several stages of cooking to produce the perfect recipe, and save it to use repeatedly. Use as a convection oven, steamer, or a combination of the two, this oven, not only looks great, but the functionality is fantastic. Add on the condensation hood, and you will not need the oven to sit beneath the extraction canopy.

Looking to add simple sweet or savoury treats to your existing offer, the Hatco Snack System comes with a choice of cooking plates, choose from waffles, donuts, panini and toasted sandwich plates, they are changed simply without tools. The unit can have 4 programmed menu items, setting the cook duration, temperature, even the off-set temperature of the top and bottom plates.

Finally let us have a look at the Hatco Induction units. These come in single or double zone models, are extremely heavy duty high performance units and have several unique features, including the program mode which is especially good for chains, It is like having another pair of hands in the kitchen because you can go and do something else and when it reaches the end of the cycle it will switch to a holding temperature and alert you with a beep if you are the other side of the kitchen. The temperature of the models can be set in centigrade and Fahrenheit, with the colour screen displaying the power or temperature and the time. Alternatively, a standard operating mode means that chefs can cook using a percentage scale of zero to 100%. It has a fully sealed top with conformal-coated boards so it is truly designed for commercial foodservice usage and it contains four temperature sensors, which is new for the market, and an external food probe is included as standard, which gives you even more accuracy and control over what’s going on in the pan.
