JW Steakhouse opened at Grosvenor House two-and a- half years ago with Chef Paul Hallett at the helm. Counting working under chef Tom Aikens at London’s acclaimed Dorchester Grill amongst his experience and with an extensive interest in butchery, joining JW Steakhouse was a great move for Paul.
